De organisatie die verantwoordelijk is voor je gegevens is Vidzeme Tourism Association (VTA). Dit is een NGO gevestigd in Cēsis, Letland.
De rechtsgrondslag voor de behandeling van je gegevens is de toestemming van de betrokkene op grond van artikel 6, lid 1, onder a), van de Verordening, evenals het gerechtvaardigde belang van de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke op grond van artikel 6, lid 1, onder f), van de Verordening.
De gegevens die wij van je vragen zijn adequaat, relevant en strikt noodzakelijk en je bent in geen geval verplicht om ze aan ons te verstrekken, maar het niet verstrekken ervan kan het doel van de dienst beïnvloeden of de onmogelijkheid om de dienst te verlenen.
Je gegevens worden bewaard gedurende de tijd die nodig is om de aangeboden dienst naar behoren te kunnen leveren en om te kunnen voldoen aan de verantwoordelijkheden die hieruit kunnen voortvloeien en aan alle andere wettelijke vereisten.
